Hi, I\'m just wanting to know if you have a guarantee for your fabric and wood or the product in general. I am looking at purchasing one for my daughter.

We give a 2 year guarantee on the entire product for breakage, and the fabric is guaranteed fadeproof for 5 years.
The fabric is a marine canvas so is highly rot resistant.
Many have been left in the weather longer than 10 years and are still ok.
Keep it clean to help preserve the weatherproofing.

It is a 40cm cube, and approximately 140 cm from base to stainless steel ring at the top

The chair stands should be available before Christmas 2011
I have metal (pipe, triangular top with parallel on ground & cross piece at front - not easy to explain),frames which I thought were once available with Swings n Things chairs. Is this so, and does the current model of chair fit these frames.
We have not had stands for the chairs in the past, but will have them available by Dec 2011.
I already have 2 full circle loops in a strong beam where I would like to hang one if your kids swings, can you hang them from these.

The swings can be hung from any strong single point, eg a hook, or tied around a beam or branch
Just wondering if the teepee has a waterproof floor in the bottom of it.

No there is no floor in the teepee.

The swags are 120 cm long and 60 cm wide.
The mattress is 5cm thick
Usually they suit up to around 5 years old

Do you have anywhere in the Uk that distributes/sells your kids swings, I would like one for my son but cant seem to find anything similar here in the UK? My friend has one that was bought for her by her mum in Oz, and I think its just great!!

What is the minimum height from which I can hang the chair?
2 metres is the minimum for hanging chairs, however we recommend 2.4 metres to allow for some movement.
