Online Purchase Returns

Swingz n Thingz is committed to making your shopping experience a success and trusts that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if the product is faulty or significantly different to that described or if you simply change your mind and are not 100% happy with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange. Please follow the steps outlined below.

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not alter any of your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

Faulty products or products that are significantly different to that described

If the product is faulty or significantly different to that described, we are happy to exchange the product or provide you with a refund, You must notify us (phone or email) within 7 days of receipt of the product, and return it to us within 14 days of receipt, as detailed below.

To return your faulty/significantly different item for an exchange or refund, please contact us and we will arrange to have large items collected by courier, or will provide details for Reply Paid post for smaller items

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will assess whether the product is faulty or significantly different from what was ordered. If so, we will send you a replacement/correct item if available, or refund the original purchase price of the returned item within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited only to the card used to make the original payment.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind and are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will provide you with a refund provided that:

  • the product is unused and in its original packaging;
  • you notify us within 7 days of receipt of item
  • the product hasn’t been custom made for you at your request;
  • you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt of the product; and
  • you provide proof of the date of purchase

Upon receipt of the product we will assess if the product is in its original and unused condition.

If the product to be returned is not in its original and unused condition, we will contact you and arrange to send the product back to you.
If the product is in its original and unused condition and accepted by us for a refund, we will refund the original purchase price of the returned item within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited only to the card used to make the original payment.
Please note that you must pay for the cost of postage of returned products unless the product is faulty or significantly different from that described.
Products should  be returned to us by a method that requires our signature to acknowledge our receipt of the returned Products. Alternatively, we can arrange for the collection of returned products at your cost.
Swingz n Thingz does not accept any responsibility for packages lost in transit.
